Bimota, an Italian motorcycle manufacturer, was founded in the early 1970s by Bianchi, Morri, and Tamburini. Initially, they built frames for brands like Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha. The first Bimota, HB1, followed Tamburini's motorcycle crash, leading to innovative designs like the KB1. The company faced financial challenges, ownership changes, and bankruptcy, but continued to innovate with models like Tesi and V Due. In 2019, Kawasaki Heavy Industries acquired a significant stake in Bimota, marking a new era for the brand.
